To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Tags & Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Contact Us: Email us at contact@timetotimefashion.com with your original order number and clearly state whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange.
Receive Instructions: Our team will respond with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship Back: Securely package the items and ship them back according to the instructions provided.
Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., received a damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
General Returns (Fit/Preference): For returns based on personal preference or sizing issues, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item, we will conduct a full inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 15-18 days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
